- Hours 48–72 — Night freight from Nairobi to Dubai. Your MOCCAE permit is already in place; inspection on arrival, electronic release, and the boxes reach your cold room — days fresher than auction-routed alternatives.

- MOCCAE phytosanitary import permit before the shipment leaves Kenya — valid 6 months.
- Trade license with flower activity + importer code (Dubai Trade). Duty 5% + VAT 5%.
