- Hours 48–72 — Night freight out of Nairobi to King Abdulaziz International, Jeddah. Your MEWA permit and our documents meet at quarantine; complete files clear the Green Track in about 2 hours, and the boxes roll into your cold room.
Importing into Saudi Arabia — What You Need
- Plant import permit from MEWA (Naama portal) — issued at least 24h before landing, valid 15 days, tied to your entry airport.
- Commercial Registration + ZATCA/Fasah importer file. Duty ~5% + VAT 15% on CIF; complete files clear the Green Track in ~2 hours.
- We ship with the KEPHIS phytosanitary certificate, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and air waybill — and can recommend experienced clearing agents.
